In your MLM business should you should always be focusing on your front line and teaching them how to market successfully. The reason you will want to do this is so they can do the same thing for their front line as well. I want to stress how important this strategy is to your success. Once you learn to do this on a routine basis being successful in this industry becomes fun and easy.

The reason so many people fail with their MLM business is they are not being told that they need to create duplication. When people join MLM companies they think that if they can get some people to join under them that they will make a lot of money. The problem with this is when most people join under them they think the same thing. This is not how MLM works. If you are not teaching each and every member that joins your team duplication, you will never enjoy true success with any MLM opportunity. People need direction so you need to show them what they need to do so that they can teach their team. This is one reason 97% of all people in this industry will never succeed.

If you know how to create duplication you will have success with your MLM business. This business model was not designed to make you a ton of money in a short period of time. In order to experience success it is going to take some time. Sure you want to go out and promote your opportunity and try and build your team but the problem is if your team is not able to teach their team duplication your success will be very limited. My suggestion is that you start out slow and learn all you can about the company that you are with. Then as you start to get members to join your team you will be able to answer any questions they may have. Keep in touch with each and every one of them and show them how you are having success and teach them to do the same.

 

Create Duplication – How It Will Help Your Business

 

By being able to create duplication, running your business will become much easier. You already know that it takes a lot of hard work just to get people to join your team. Once they join you will want to help them as much as possible. Do not assume that they will know what to do just because they joined. Let them know that you are there for them. Show them the things that you are doing to bring in members. Your success will depend on their success. You want them to be able to help the people that join under them. This is duplication at its best. I would much rather have 20 people on my team that know how to teach others than to have 100 people who do not.

As you can see if you can create duplication you will enjoy success in this industry. I say it all the time, always offer value. People are looking for leaders. When you show them you are a leader and earn their trust they will have no problem joining you. The bottom line is why most people don’t have success in their online businesses is they do not have anyone to take them by the hand and show them the way. If you can do that and teach them how to create duplication success becomes easy.

There are two membership levels in PeopleString, free and paid. Free members earn 5% of the revenue generated by their personal referrals and 2% of the revenue five levels down. Another option is to buy the “Entrepreneur Package” for $300 which includes unlimited email capacity, as many as 20 email accounts and the chance to earn 20% on your personal referrals and 6% five levels down. This is a limited time offer and I do not know how much longer it will be available. The Oxygen4Energy product is tru02 oxygen enriched air and comes in a convenient sized lightweight can. They claim this could help athletes by allowing them to flood their body with supplemental oxygen anytime they need to and also have a dramatic impact on their performance. They also claim that seniors could benefit also by helping improve their lives by giving them the oxygen their bodies are craving. Their website clearly states that this product is “Not For Medical Use” and is not intended to treat, cure or prevent diseases. The product is currently shipped in the Continental U.S. by UPS Ground only because by law, tru02 can not be shipped by air.

After selling oxygen products for two years strictly through e-commerce, Oxygen4Energy founder Craig Inaba decided to join forces with the premiere oxygen in a can manufacturer in the U.S. owned and operated by Jeffrey L. EFoods Global is a manufacturer of storable food supplies. Properly dried and stored food generally does not spoil so it has an almost unlimited shelf life, however, they recommend for the highest nutritional value possible, the products are best when eaten within 15 years. The products do not have any preservatives added for extended shelf life and are dehydrated so there is no moisture. The pouches are flushed with CO2 so all oxygen is removed and all products have zero trans fat. With the economic downturn and the potential disruption of the food supply, more people are storing quantities of emergency food and water supplies.

 

EFoods Global: The Compensation Plan

 

What kind of business opportunity does EFoods Global offer? Distributors are given access to gourmet food reserves and an opportunity to earn a full-time or part-time income by introducing the companies products to other people.
